with over a decade of experience working closely with every major international film festival, Luke Brawley, Founder of INDOX, is a seasoned professional specialising in the non-fiction sector, driven by a passion for storytelling that transcends borders.
Throughout his career, INDOX Founder Luke has cultivated relationships with numerous partners on a global scale, fostering an extensive network of contacts that spans festival programmers, producers, directors, and distributors which has garnered a comprehensive understanding of the film industry as a whole.
Luke’s expertise lies in confirming exceptional non-fiction titles at the worlds best film festivals, a skill set that has allowed him to showcase films on some of the world's most prestigious stages. Luke has successfully placed multiple titles in Cannes, Venice, Sundance and TIFF, earning them international recognition and acclaim while also successfully navigating the landscape of non-fiction festivals, securing premieres at IDFA, CPH:DOX, Sheffield DocFest, and Hot Docs among others.
Luke has worked with filmmakers covering the entire non-fiction spectrum, from traditional, commercial projects to experimental, auteur-driven films. Prior to the launch of INDOX, notable festival campaigns include:
